With three bedrooms sleeping up to seven guests, it’s perfect for families or groups wanting to spend quality time together. For weddings, it offers a private and comfortable space for the bridal party to get ready, or for close family and friends to stay just moments from the celebrations. Bright living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and peaceful surroundings make it a flexible and welcoming place for every occasion.

Downstairs
Stepping through the front door of The Coach House, you’re met by an understated entrance hall which leads into the charmingly decorated family spaces. The lounge is bright and airy, furnished with a unique collection of comfy armchairs to relax, read a book, or watch TV. The large kitchen-diner has been modernised to ensure you are fully-equipped to cook your own meals, including a Neff hob and oven, an American style fridge freezer complete with an ice dispenser, as well as useful amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster to make family life on holiday that bit easier.
Upstairs
Heading upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with lovely views over the garden. The second bedroom has a single bed with a truckle, providing the ultimate flexibility as the room can be used as a single, twin, or king. Finally there’s the family room, featuring a super king-sized zip and link bed, as well as a single bed – making it perfect for a couple with a young child. Each room has a built-in wardrobe, so there is plenty of space to store your clothes during your stay.
Outside
Outside there’s a superb sheltered walled garden. With plenty of outdoor furniture on the slate patio, it’s a fantastic place for al fresco dining and summer barbecues. There’s also a handy utility room, equipped with a separate WC, wetsuit hanging rails, and lots of storage, great for drying your soggy towels after a day at the beach and exploring the local area.
The Estate
Set within 40 acres of Cornish countryside, the estate boasts sweeping Camel Estuary views, woodland walks, and meadows for picnics or games. The riverside setting invites lazy afternoons, while secluded woodland spots offer quiet moments to unwind. With wildlife, seasonal blooms, and ever-changing light over the water, the grounds provide a magical backdrop for celebrations, gatherings, or simply enjoying North Cornwall’s beauty.

Tucked away by the water, the Curlew Shepherd’s Hut sleeps two, offering rustic charm, peaceful seclusion, and a private hot tub—perfect for a romantic retreat before or after the big day.
