Set within 40 acres of private grounds on the Dinham estate, Tregutt Cottage offers charm, comfort, and space to unwind. Overlooking the Camel Estuary, it’s ideal for couples or small families seeking a peaceful Cornish getaway. Original features blend with modern touches, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere for lazy weekends, coastal walks, and evenings by the fire.

Tregutt Cottage is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a well-appointed kitchen with a Neff oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso Magimix M105 Inissia coffee machine (with 10 capsules provided). The cosy dining area includes a log burner, with logs supplied, creating a warm and welcoming space for shared meals. Retreat to the cosy lounge, where a second log burner ensures toes remain toasty as you unwind. Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor, and a Smart TV and Wi-Fi are included for your entertainment. The family bathroom offers a rainfall shower, bathtub, hand basin, and WC. A travel cot (105cm x 65cm) is available on request—please note that linen is not provided for the cot.

Pad up the carpeted stairs to your choice of two blissful bedrooms, each designed with rest and relaxation in mind. Bedroom one (the master) and bedroom two both feature super-king zip-and-link beds, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements, along with chest of drawers, hanging rails, and charming ornamental fireplaces. Wake to peaceful garden views and sink into crisp white linen after a day exploring the coast. A spacious family bathroom sits conveniently between the rooms, complete with a rainfall shower and an indulgently deep bathtub—perfect for a long soak before bed.

Step outside and let the gentle trickle of the stream and the rustle of leaves melt away the everyday. Tregutt Cottage boasts a large garden with a lawn, stream, and pond, perfect for picnics, peaceful mornings, or al fresco dining around the charcoal barbecue. Outdoor seating invites you to relax and soak up the views across farmland dotted with ancient oaks, while in spring, the surrounding woodland bursts into a sea of bluebells. An outside tap is handy for muddy boots or paws, and ample off-road parking is available. Guests are welcome to explore the estate’s scenic two-mile private driveway, ideal for gentle strolls with little ones or four-legged friends. Please note, the grounds are not enclosed, so care is advised with children and dogs.
